I build and scale consumer products and businesses for passionate communities.

Over the past 15+ years, that direction has taken me from startups to global leadership roles at Amazon and Warner Bros. Discovery—building products, growing billion-dollar businesses, and leading large global teams across some of the world’s most iconic consumer brands.

Today, as Senior Vice President of Product & Design at Warner Bros. Discovery, I lead product strategy, design, and execution across a broad portfolio spanning US Sports, Entertainment, and Franchise brands—including Bleacher Report, NCAA/ March Madness Live, Harry Potter, DC, Food Network, and other beloved consumer brands. My teams create digital experiences across mobile, web, connected TV and emerging platforms that engage millions of consumers across passionate communities around the world.

Prior to Warner Bros. Discovery, I spent seven years at Amazon in global product leadership roles, where I launched and scaled new consumer businesses including Amazon Handmade, a marketplace offering more than one million handcrafted items from thousands of artisans and small businesses across all 50 states and in more than 60 countries.

Across my career, I’ve been trusted to lead through complexity — from building new businesses from the ground up to restoring performance in high-stakes environments — combining clear strategy, strong operating rigor, and an ability to align teams around what matters most..

I’ve also spent a significant part of my career building teams and developing talent — shaping talent systems, sponsoring flagship recruiting and leadership programs, and investing thousands of hours in hiring, evaluating, and developing leaders in some of the world’s most high-performing organizations. Helping people grow and move their careers forward has been one of the most meaningful through-lines of my career.
